Refund and Returns Policy

If the customer is not 100% satisfied with his purchase from us they can return the product within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Our delivery partner will pick up the item within 2-3 days after your request has been submitted. Kindly ensure that the product is in its original packaging in the original box that was delivered.

Terms & Conditions for Return / Exchange:
1. Return/Exchange can only be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. The item should be in its original packaging.
3. It should also be in the same original box you received.

How are refunds processed?
Payments made online will be refunded through the Original Mode of Payment within 1-2 weeks.
Payments made by cash or card on delivery will be issued store credit for the purchase amount.
In both instances, shipping fees will not be refunded.
